Elev8 Source is a commercial capital advisory and brokerage firm. We assist business owners in identifying, applying for, and obtaining funding products including but not limited to:

• Merchant Cash Advances (MCA)
• Reverse Consolidations
• SBA Loans
• Lines of Credit

We act as an intermediary between applicants and third-party lenders and funders. Elev8 Source is not a lender and does not make final credit decisions. All funding decisions are made by the respective third-party funder.

Our services are available only to business entities and individuals operating a business who are 18 years of age or older, are legally authorized to operate a business in the United States, and have authority to bind their business to any agreements entered into through our services.

By submitting an application through our website, you authorize Elev8 Source and its lending partners to:

• Review the information you provide
• Obtain credit reports and business credit information
• Share your information with potential funders and lenders
• Contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your application

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Elev8 Source reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment or guarantee that you will receive funding. All offers are subject to underwriting approval by the applicable funder and execution of final funding documents. Rates, terms, and amounts are subject to change.

Elev8 Source may earn a commission or fee from lenders upon successful funding of your application. Any broker fees charged directly to you will be disclosed in writing prior to closing. You are not obligated to accept any offer presented.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Elev8 Source is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Submission of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your application and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

All content on the Elev8 Source website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Elev8 Source and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

The Elev8 Source website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elev8 Source shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your inability to obtain funding. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed $100.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
